On November 13th, SME Support Committee (Chair : Mr. TOTSUKA Masaki , Thai Yazaki Corporation, Ltd.) held the 10th Study Study Session on Human Resources and Organization Management for Japanese SMEs and social gathering in Chonburi.


In the study session, Mr. NAKASHIMA Motoki, Senior Principal of Mercer (Thailand) Limited was invited to be the lecturer and explained the basic of establishing human resource system and points about human resource management in Thailand including the difference culture and employment practices between Japan and Thailand.


After study session, there is the panel discussion between participation of SME business owners in Thailand and the Q&A session about SMEs’ human resource systems. After the seminar, there was a social gathering held to encourage participants to interact with each other.
